Things Children Say

So… Peyton (my Son) looks at my finished art piece and says “Momma, did you sign it ?” I replied “No” he said “Well you’d better, because you never know, one day you might be rich and famous”, lol. Don’t you wish you had an automatic video recorder in your eye for all those moments? Although I’m grateful for remembering forever in my heart. 😉

Ms. Mermaid Art Doll becoming part of a Larger Impact Art Piece

Standard

An Art doll that have custom made for a Client.  I’ve decided to start attaching my art dolls to painted background canvas to make a larger impact with these art dolls.  I want to exhibit in local galleries when a few pieces are completed.  Ms. Steampunk doll in previous post is being done for exhibit if she hasn’t sold first.  I’ll post both pieces of art when they are completed.

I think I’m slowly getting the hang of setting up my blog.  Today I fixed my Flickr widget to actually display my own RSS feed and not some miscellaneous photos on Flickr.  Now I know most would say that the directions are self explanatory but now…..I don’t think I slow my mind down long enough to get it, lol.  Now what should I improve on?  Any suggestions, maybe I need some friends, that would be a good idea, otherwise there isn’t anyone reading any of this.  Well, out to search for friends…..

Friends and family whose lives have been forever changed by the 9-11
For the husband who told his wife I love you one last time before his plane went in a field. For the wife who stopped in the stairs to call her husband to say I will love you forever. For the mothers/fathers who never returned home. For the 1st responders who helped get others out only to die themselves. And for our American Military who fought back & are continuing to fight this battle overseas 10 years later. Today, tomorrow, ten years from now, we will ALWAYS remember. ♥
